Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hiddle — the website, applications, and services that let you create, edit, and share AI-assisted videos (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that are consumed by AI generation, audio synthesis, and file storage.

On paid plans, usage beyond your included credits is billed automatically at your plan's per-credit overage rate on your next invoice. On the free plan, creation pauses when your credits run out and resumes when they reset. Unused included credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You keep all rights to the scripts, media, and other material you upload, and to the videos you create with the Service (your "Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, storing your assets, rendering your videos, and sending your prompts to the AI providers that power generation.

You are responsible for your Content. You may not upload material that infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, or that you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to create deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful content, including non-consensual impersonation;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, credit metering, or security measures;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission;
• interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access to it.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate video compositions, voices, music, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it. Subject to these Terms and to the third-party providers' terms, we assign to you our rights in the output you generate.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination we may delete your Content after a reasonable period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
